How We Make Our Ginger Garlic Paste
At Alburyani, every jar of ginger garlic paste is made with care, precision, and a strong commitment to quality and hygiene. Here’s how it all comes together:
Step 1: Sourcing the Best
We start by sourcing our raw materials—ginger and garlic—from trusted, top-quality vendors to ensure consistent flavour and freshness.
Step 2: Careful Sorting
Each batch of ginger and garlic is manually sorted to maintain high hygiene standards and remove any impurities.
Step 3: Thorough Cleaning & Peeling
The sorted produce goes through a thorough cleaning and peeling process, followed by a second round of sorting to ensure only the best makes it through.
Step 4: Pulverisation & Homogenisation
The ginger and garlic are then ground into a fine puree through a pulverisation process. This is followed by homogenisation, where all the ingredients are blended evenly for a smooth, consistent paste.
Step 5: Packing & Cold Storage
The finished paste is filled into jars with care and immediately stored in cold storage to preserve its freshness, aroma, and natural quality.
