Our Order Policies
Because we care about freshness, quality, and your experience with Alburyani, we’ve kept our policies simple, fair, and transparent.
Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No problem! If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a 100% refund.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.

Returns & Exchanges
If there’s a problem with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

We can accept returns only if:

Your order arrived damaged (with the seal still intact), or

You received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The seal must not be opened.

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Tip: If you can, take a video or clear photos while opening your package. It really helps us process things quickly if something goes wrong.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as the refund is on its way. In case of order cancellation, the refund will be processed immediately.
